Sadly for me WOW doesn't have action combat, mmorpgs with tab targeting and shit like that imo are a bother to play.

If you don't mind slight pay to win and an absolute grindfest black desert online might be worth a shot, the combat is really well made. The graphics, sound and world are fantastic in my opinion but sadly the game is 70% grind and 20% idling.

From what I've heard Black desert does not have any endgame pve and is mainly focused on endgame pvp. I hate pvp in an mmorpg

That's half true, there is no "real" endgame PVE and the main endgame is definitely pvp yes, but there are several bosses that you get to fight on a daily/weekly basis and world bosses that you can fight. I believe they have been/are working on actual endgame dungeons but I'm not sure about that.
