Stay away from bicycle lanes, stepping onto them WILL result in death. Seriously, they assume everyone else are extremely cautious around them. And also bring an umbrella, it's always raining and windy.

Are the bike lanes any different than in NL? I'd assume that as someone from the cycling country of Europe I'd know how to act around bikes

No idea, all I know is that the 4 times I've been to Copenhagen, I've seen people get hit by bicycles, all 4 times. Like if you're walking and you just got a green light to cross the street, watch out for cyclists as they run red lights, especially if it's just around a corner.

That does sound worse than what I know, I'll keep it in mind
