OBS is great for recording. Preferably use CRF (Constant Rate Factor). Make sure you get the studio version and run it as admin whenever you are gonna record.
For editing, I use Sony Vegas Pro v14.0 (albeit I don't edit much). Get it at thepiratebay for free. It can be confusing for beginners though.
If you need to clean audio, I like to use Audacity. It works in conjucntion with Vegas, so it's all good.
