Just ask them for a verification picture with both of them holding some sort of identification (school card / etc) and suddenly they'll no longer bug you. It's a magical solution.

@Ron this is literally my policy on bazaar.tf and someone actually followed through once. Had to unban them just for the commitment. He got banned again a week later :(
