For future consideration, please do share the server the report applies to, a gameme chat link would work best, he has history on eight different servers, which means eight different chats to pan through.

Oddly enough, I searched all of his gameme chat pages with ctrl+f and could not find the chat from your screenshot.
I doubt anyone else uses the same name, and I don't think you provided the wrong steam id.

The thing is it was on 29 and there is no gameME there so this was the only way i could do it and i don't know how to find chat on 29 and others..

Ofc i could make a demo that i will do in the future when I'm not in a gameME server

That's right @Pricholas That DB server uses HLstatsX, that's why it can't be found on the gameME serverlist

The only posts I could find about hlstatsx for panda lead to dead links from 2013.
Otherwise I'm drawing blanks on how to actually obtain the chat history.

maybe look on the HLstatsX site and try to obtain chat history from there?
If I wasn't at work I would've searched for it, maybe I can give it a try once I get home but I don't know how HLstatsX works with their chat history

Well, seeing as how Kev hasn't graced us with a comment, there isn't much more I can do.
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and accept the report.
I don't think you would forge the screenshot, considering we usually don't accept screenshots.
I think for this case it's the only evidence you can possibly present.
