- Your name and/or nickname - Loli Police

- Your age - 15 (16 in October)

- Who gave you permission to apply? (applies to applicants under 15 or those who apply for servers not listed in the "Available positions" thread) - Left 4 Zelda

- Your Steam32 ID (this is not simply a profile link. Look up what it is and how to get it; simply posting what you think it is makes you seem unprofessional) - STEAM_1:1:83945322

- Your general online times and your timezone - 12 PM to 12 AM / Central Standard Time

- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report? - I wish to apply for Freak Fortress 2 TX if possible, I would be able to but for a short period of time for I have bad latency on other servers

- Do you have a microphone? (This is a minimum requirement for Jailbreak admins) - Yes I do

- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator - I was a Co Owner, Director of Affairs, Community Manager, Head Admin, and Staff Manager on Gmod servers.

- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod? - Not much expirence but I can learn in a day.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team? - I believe that I should be a part of the team for the reasons of that on the Freak Fortress 2 TX server the only active mod is Geronimo, I have yet to see another. The other reason is that similar to the last for the sole reason of there are no active mods other than gero, I wanna extend the list of known admins for the Freak Fortress 2 server by being active daily.

- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments. - I have a list of the punishments for the rules broken:
-If someone is caught using a 3rd party client to alter their performance in game, I will ban then alert a full admin so that they may handle the issue to a further extend.

-If a player is spotted being AFK, I will confirm in chat if this is true, if it is then I will toggle time bomb. If it continues I will ban for 1 hour then 1 day then 1 week, after that I will deal with it further.

-If a player has an inappropriate spray/name, I will kindly ask if they can not spray they spray and change their name, if they don’t do either then I will ban for 12 hours, then 1 day, then 2 days. At that point it would be fine for a spray ban but the name would go to a week then further punishment after that I would deal with it further.

-If someone is caught teaming or camping when they aren’t supposed to, I will warn then to move and when they don’t I will toggle time bomb, if they repeat this for more rounds then I will ban for 1 day, then 2 days, then a week. After that I will deal with it further.

-If someone is abusing call by using it for false reasons multiple times and for saying things that don’t need to be said, I would ban for 1 day, then 1 week, then 1 month. After that I would deal with it further.

-If someone is spamming in voice/text chat and/or using another language, I would ask them to stop, then I would be a gag/mute for 1 hour, then 1 day, then 2 days, then 1 week. After that I would deal with it further.

By this I meant that on the non TX servers (other than duel), I get 200+ latency on them.

I'm still watching the applicant closely on the server, which means I'm still neutral.

This user frequents the TX Dodgeball server enough where I believe I am in a fair position to make comment on their behavior and mannerisms. I cannot speak for FF2 obviously, but from what I see on DB warrants that I make note of their positive spirits and ability to advise rule enforcement. That being said, they usually inform other players what the rules are if they are breaking them via microphone. Which is a good quality to have in a player, let alone someone who is staff.
Loli is one of a handful of regular players who chose to add me onto their friends list to make private calls to take care of problematic players. Making a private call on an aimbot is honestly better in my opinion. I understand this position, and as I may have mentioned before, is one of the reasons I chose to apply for staff myself. I believe their aspiration to become staff has good merit. (Just my two cents.)

I think it is about time I give out my comment on the app, but this will most likely not be my final decision since I still need to play with you more often and study how you handle the rules and other players. Aside from that, I do see your name come up in a lot of calls (You being the one who called, not the one who was targeted) and that's reassuring.

Overall, I feel as if the app is a tad bit rushed. It lacks some critical info and also deserves some context and/or extra information in certain areas. Of course, as always, I am going to point them out so bear with me.

I was going to make a comment on the "Going to another server in case of a report" area, but seeing as you elaborated on it, I'll leave it as is.

If you have any links to the GMod servers (Forums and such) that you used to be a staff member in, they are always greatly appreciated :)

While I do agree that the current Admins haven't been poking their heads out as often as they should, myself included, I find your reason to be apart of the team a bit cliché and quite lacking. Anyone could want to become Admin because of the current staff count for FF2 TX, so maybe the question is instead why should we pick you over other people? What makes you stand out from the rest of the crowd who may be looking into becoming an Admin as well?

Per usual, I will have my comments in the spoiler below regarding your punishments.
Taking a look at the whole thing, it isn't terrible in the slightest, just a bit underdeveloped possibly.

AFKing: While you do handle it quite well initially, you seem to take great leaps and bounds when you go from 1 hour to 1 day and then reach 1 week. The latter two are quite heavy for something as minute as AFKing. You might want to consider shortening the times.

Inappropriate Spray/Name: Putting the two in the same paragraph might've thrown you off because it sounds as if you want people to change their name if they spray something inappropriate (No need to change it, just wanted to point it out). First off, the lengths are good in my opinion, though the 3rd punishment (2 days) might be a bit on the easy side of things. However, it is up to you to change it and such. Secondly, I might be reading this wrong, but it sounds as if once rule breakers hit the 3rd punishment for an inappropriate spray, you want to just start spray banning them. This is quite counterproductive in my opinion, and also spray banning has always been a topic of debate (Some prefer to ban the person outright instead of just giving them a spray ban). Again, this is up to you to change.

Teaming/Camping: The punishments on this seem a bit harsh, you might want to consider taking them down a notch.

Spam/Foreign Language: Reasonable to start with, but again like the AFKing bit, you jump quite far ahead in terms of punishments.

Some rules that I would like to see how you handle that you didn't include: Racism, Insulting, Exploiting, Ghosting, and Advertising.

Something else that would be useful to see is your punishment length structure in a neat form (e.g. 60minutes -> 120minutes -> ... etc) in your own words. From what I have gathered it looks like something along the lines of. The reason I want this is because, as I stated earlier, your times are really inconsistent, unfortunately.

Another note about the times, some of the bits are my opinion and should be taken with a grain of salt (Punishment lengths for one), but you still need to have some consistency.

My final thoughts go as follows: You seem to have a decent grasp of the ins and outs of the rules, and by looking at your chat, you also seem to be able to connect with other players quite easily. And as stated earlier, with your name coming up quite often in calls I can assume that you are able to quickly assess certain situations. With that all said, there does seem to be a problem with immaturity, and when talking it over with a fellow Admin, it seems like this might come in the way of the learning process of becoming an Admin for you, as well as being an Admin itself. Therefore, I'm going to put down a red neutral. This probably won't be final as I am looking forward to playing with you when the right time arises, but with the current comments about maturity and other negatives I'm seeing, they seem to outweigh the positives for me. Good luck regardless!

@Nim-os basically said what was on my mind. There are some maturity issues I've noticed & there's been some things shared with me to back that up. But seeing as I haven't been able to really play with you myself, I'll have to remain neutral for now.
I also let the applicant know when they asked permission to apply that I'd have to be neutral since I haven't played with them.

Pretty much ditto what @Nim-os and @Left 4 Zelda said. Though, like Nim, I'm more red neutral right now.

To beat the dead horse more, there are maturity issues that I have noticed as well. Improving on the maturity is key for the applicant currently.

Good luck.

I've come to the realization that I stand no chance at becoming an admin ever. My Maturity being the main issue. I wish that all the mods that commented and took the time to monitor me good health but you won't be getting a new mod from this thread.
