Hello, I'd like to apply for being an admin on duel #1

I am usually playing around 20:00 to 23:00 UTC +3, depends on how much work I've got for school for next day. Weekends: from 18:00 to 23:00-0:00, Sundays might not play so much due to school too.

- Which servers I play on:
The server I play the most is duel but I occasionally play dodgeball. Since I don't play often on dodge, I'd only like to apply for duel. Sure, I'm open to going to another servers in case of reports.

- Have a microphone?
Yes, I do, but i rarely use it

- Previous experience as admin/mod
None, but I really wanna learn

- Have experience with SourceMod?
Honestly, not. As I said earlier, I've never been an admin before

- Why should you choose me to be part of your team?
Because, as probably many others said, often, when an abuser of the rules is on the server, I don't have anything else to do but to use the !call feature. I would like to take attitude for solving the problem. Shortly, I want to keep the community clean and friendly.

- How I'd do my job?
Well, let me make a list of things that could happen while I'm on the server

Hacking:
No questions asked, not answers given: kick. If the player reconnects and still uses cheats, he/she will be permanent banned.

Offensive language/insulting other players:
Warn him/her to stop, if no response, warn him/her the second time and then mute/gag: first time 60 mins, second 360 mins, third 4320 mins, fourth 10000 mins, fifth permanent ban

Foreign language in chat/speaker on microphone:
Warn him/her to stop, if no response, warn him/her the second time and then mute/gag: first time 60 mins, second 360 mins, third 4320 mins, fourth 10000 mins, fifth permanent ban

Chat/microphone spammer:
Warn him/her to stop. If no response, warn him/her the second time and then kick/ban him/her: first time 60 mins, second 360 mins, third 4320 mins, fourth 10000 mins, fifth permanent ban

Sticky trapping:
Warn him/her to stop. If no response, warn him/her the second time and then kick/ban him/her: first time 60 mins, second 360 mins, third 4320 mins, fourth 10000 mins, fifth permanent ban

Medic healing sniper in spawn area:

Since i'm a new trail admin i can't say much.
Ditch the kicking from hacking, we don't want to deal with the same hacker twice.
Going for 4 bans and after the 4th one a perma is strict, but also good.
For working with SourceMod, it's very easy to learn it to be honest.
Overall, you are a great guy and i'd like to see you in our team.

Sorry for the delay.

Your app is okay-ish, maybe a bit lacking in effort.
Sessions are better than mine so i can't complain.
Chat is fine imo.
I personally don't mind the perma ban on fifth infringement but for the sake of conformity and fairness towards the rule breakers, it might be better to extend to 6.
One thing I'm missing from you is more effort in applying the rules as a non-admin. Mainly in the form of reports. You remind others of the rules and you've contacted me on occasions, which is really good already, but i really wanna see that extra effort. Maybe you've contacted other admins more often than me, in which case my opinion might be considered less valuable.
Other than that though, I think you're capable of administring duel.

So until I see more reports (or some other admin convinces me that I'm wrong), I'll stay neutral.

@Evert, @fanthom, I mostly use the !call feature, I don't contact the admins personally, if that's what you guys are meaning. If that's the problem, I'll contact you directly.

Warn him/her to stop, if no response, warn him/her the second time and then mute/gag:first time 60 mins; second 360 mins; third 1440 mins; fourth 4320 mins; fifth 10080 mins; sixth permanent gag/mute.

If you would just keep up your playtime while duel is actually "full" it would be nice.
