So,I have to give my opinion on this.
Prepare yourself it's gonna be a looooooong opinion.

So,first of all,I have seen you playing on the server (FF2 #13) on this period,certainly being a nice and funny person,but using some noises in the voice chat.Yeah you do try to enforce the rules,yes you do try to let the others to enforce them,but looking at your attitude in the previous message above,you don't have (at least in my opinion) the good attitude an admin should have.Another thing that doesn't convince me it's your english.Yes,you might also be someone who doesn't have english as his/her main language,but still you have to appear to the player's eyes someone that knows how to comunicate so they can follow your example.

More things to say,as stated by Zushikikato Wolfeh,you do have sexual themed pictures from porn furry sites,and that's not a suitable thing to have on a admin's profile.

By the punishments section of your app,I can see that you are not gonna give perms,so tell me,how many hours/day/week were you thinking to give them after 4/5 punishments? Perms are a must-to for the really bad attitude players.

I think I ain't got more to say,and even tho i wish you good luck it's a -1 for the FF2 server for me.

Well, let's see here.

You may have some potential to being an admin, but there are some things that would be need to be changed, for instance, lenny bind usage and HLDJ/sound usage. As admins are seen as an example for how people should act, using said binds will make member use them more too (As Frosty has mentioned). I do see you enforcing the rules from time to time, but it could always be a lot more. You are on pretty regularly so I don't see a problem with time played/sessions.

This is a bad point though, as admins are required to accept all types of feedback from players/members/other admins whether it be good or bad.

As for the profile material, as an admin of Panda you represent the community and if you are affiliated with such things, it may give some people a certain impression on the community as a whole.

As for the app, it's not bad, although you could expand more upon (for example, offensive objectors/sprays and deathrun specifics, like Skipping traps) as for punishments, Perma gags/mutes/bans ARE a thing, and you will have to administer said punishment on peoples last offence. Your punishments could also stand to be a little more informative but, as Frosty says, those types of things can be worked upon if you ever make it to trial.

Despite all these negative points I am going to give a neutral for now, but considering changing it depends on how it goes from here on in. Good luck.

Sorry, but this proves my point even more.. you got feedback and you directly go guilt tripping other ppl. Nobody called you a bad person, we are giving you feedback. Not breaking you down.
