Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute:

I'll start by quoting the rules on stealing:

Examples of Stealing:

1. Going after and attempting to airblast every rocket even without having heard the sentry alert.
2. Reflecting the rocket in spite of being able to avoid it.
3. Positioning yourself badly and then repeatedly stealing the rocket when it comes toward you instead of moving.

Exceptions to this rule are:

1. It is allowed to "wall" (statue as a group).
2. It is allowed to protect AFK teammates or teammates otherwise limited in their ability to play due to RTD or similar cause.
3. Nukes are exempt from this rule and may be stolen at all times.

I'd like to point out that most of the time that I steal, it's acceptable under these exceptions.

I genuinely do try to not steal. What I do is I statue near the front so that when people airblast it goes for the person behind me instead of going to me. I just wait until the end of the round when it's just me and the other team(I do much better when I'm VSing a very small number of people. My computer is not good enough to play in a server of over 10 people with decent frames.)

Other times I do steal I am protected by this rule:
"Only attempt to airblast the rocket after hearing the sentry activation noise, unless you absolutely have to save yourself from dying. This does not include standing still and airblasting when the rocket comes close or moving toward the rocket and then airblasting."

I am fully aware that statuing is not protected under the above rule when stealing. While I do statue, I am also fully aware of this rule. I do not steal if a rocket is going near, only when I feel as if the rocket is going to hit me or at least be very close to hitting me (I know that my fov could change my perception on how close an object might actually be). Some examples of when I do steal to protect myself is:

1. The rocket is going for someone behind me and the rocket is going towards me
2. Someone tries to flick/backshot the rocket to me but it doesn't switch to me, just gets sent at me
3. Someone tries to cqc me whilst I'm statuing
4. Someone is standing directly behind me and I'm in the way of the rocket(I do try to move out of the way. But I have a habit of bhopping while statuing to help pass the time while I'm waiting for my turn to play and when you're bhopping straight up and down, there's no real way to just create velocity in mid air. If I could just suddenly thrust my body to the side while in mid air then I wouldn't have to steal in this case, and I probably wouldn't want steal in the first place if I could just avoid the rocket)
5. (And oh my f*** this is the most frustrating one...) When people are using me as a shield because they can't hit the rocket over ___ MPH. And some people insist on following me even when I run away from them(Gah, want's to make me rip my rainbow hair out). Nothing's more frustrating than trying to statue then dying because someone's snuck behind you and bodyblocks you...
6. Killing hackers. There are plenty of hackers on panda dodgeball and we know this. It's basically the only way to kill a pixel/frame perfect bot. I've already seen 4 separate hackers this week (not an over exaggeration. Literally 4 different accounts with hacks on panda ny in the span of a week. Literally! Not figuratively!!) I mean if you insist on my not statuing to let the hacker lower everyone else's rank against something they cannot control and let the hacker earn points for just installing a script. It's your guy's decision when it comes to hacking I guess. I just felt it was necessary let them have the least enjoyment in ruining others fun while calling admin to ban them.

And just to get a few things out of the way, I don't airblast when the rocket is near me while I'm statuing. I try to really avoid doing so unless there's a chance I could be killed. I jump over rockets if they're coming my way. If someone upspikes I let them upspike (though, if a rocket is over my head but I notice it starting to come down in front of me, I will airblast it because it means that the person that it's aiming for is very close by) If the rocket goes past me I will still airblast if there's a person near me and there's a chance that the explosion radius could wipe us both out. If I know no one is nearby I just let the rocket skim right past me. Even if it's like just a few hammer units off from hitting, if I know it won't hit me and if I know that no one's going to collat me and kill both of us then I'll just let it go.

If I'm moving there are various reasons why I steal.

1. Protecting myself because a rocket is where I'm running. Usually when I'm moving I'm just trying to find a better statue spot because there are a lot of people who are blocking me in the last spot
2. Someone flicks, the rocket goes towards me but isn't mine

A lot of people switch at me or flick the rocket at me. And it isn't like 70 mph switches or anything. People tend to just wait till the rocket is >150 mph and switch to me. They don't go easy on me. They also tend to aim at me purposefully (probably so that they can boast that they've killed first place but rank doesn't even matter anyway).

I also steal if they're breaking any other rules like orbiting for too long or hacking.

I tried my best but that clearly isn't enough. I'd also request to see the demo that led me to be banned again. I hope it wasn't like last time where I got banned because of a demo that was recorded almost an entire month ago.

Hi there, I expected you to make an appeal, because I know you would not back down.

Anyway, you provided some large text. And I just skimmed through it as I just kept seeing I.. I... ... I, and just play styles. Now to make this clear, I don't care about the way you play and this large text means nothing. Its just again, you blabbing about how you're "a good player" who knows the rules. Well let me tell you something, words are just words and if its just nonsense text, I will not even read the entire thing as its stuff that I don't even need for this appeal, however if I am bored, I'll use that for entertainment.

What really can say a million words are "demos". I have 1, no 2, you know what, I'm going to add 3 demos of you stealing. Now I skipped to the last part of your nonsense text, and quote by quote "I hope it wasn't like last time where I got banned because of a demo that was recorded almost an entire month ago." This has to be one of the worst blames on your appeal. In fact probably something better you could not think of, let me give you a nice profile of what you do, which I will keep in mind when you make another appeal, which I will be waiting for.

- Steals rockets
- Creates an appeal after the ban
- Puts in nonsense text and blabs about himself being a "good" player.
- Blames certain things that led to his ban
- Will waste his time trying to out play an Admin who banned him by creating more text, and believes he will be procrastinating for eternity.

Back on topic, I don't care if you blame a demo for your faults, or even conclude the demo is a month old which was not(duhhhhh) or blame that a demo got you banned that was recorded a month ago, All demos of you are recent and I again don't care if you blame anything else for your crimes, oh I will just blame this, that will make them think about banning me again. Well, all demos reported to me are recent, and if you don't believe that, I'm not going to expect you will anyway, because you will just find other ways to blame for your crimes. Instead of blaming people/demos for your faults, why not look at yourself? What did you do to cause this ban?

Oh yea, if you are just here to call out an Admin and say rude things to them, well say what you want because all I care about is the demo, not your personalty, make large text and nonsense stuff, expect me to reply with just demos, for you Hehe

Also, if you expect me to procrastinate, I can by just delaying time to present the demo of you, I can make you wait a little while for it, however I'm not that type of guy to do so as that just being a child. Grow up.

Overall, you provided text that were nothing, but blabbing about you, blamed a demo that got you banned, and I will answer that question above, you were stealing rockets and you are not suppose too. The demo provided showed you stealing, you can't just purposely stand in front of a person and steal when its going to hit you, you decided to stand in the middle of a fire fight, would you do that in a real war?, probably not, but if you decide too, then take the risk. I seen that before, not going to work. Also, you stated, you were trying your best, well by the looks of this demo, you weren't and again you blamed other things, but not yourself. Every cause has a cause, and you and I mean YOU were the cause of this ban, not other people, or demos. Stop blaming other things to hide your crimes. Its not going to work out in the real world, or even here. You can make it up by not stealing, but should you steal should be when the rules apply. If I state the name who reported you, you're just gonna avoid that person and steal. Also one more thing, whenever I ban you for breaking the rules, I will just provide a demo in the Sourcebans as I don't need to waste my time here replying to nonsense stuff of you. A demo can say a lot of things, and making an appeal when the demo is out, will most likely get denied as the proof is out there or I can just paste the demos and done, this appeal is over. Also make an alt, you get banned and remember this, break a rule, get reported, then get banned. So in future appeals for you, I will just post the demo and wait a few days for further reactions/replies.

Therefore I am AGAINST this appeal and will not reply to any of your replies as its going to be stuff that you are going to blame, or it could be about me?, I will take it as a compliment, I will close this appeal in 24 hours. Also remember this quote,

If when you say everyone's watching you mean your friends you send on the server to moderate on your behalf then I guess it's true. If you mean everyone as in literally everyone no one will care. I also didn't mean to come off as a cocky son of a gun by saying I'm the best. I meant was people come to me because they think I'm the best and because I'm a shield(E.g. Funlz hiding behind me while his ping recovers). My intent also wasn't to blame other people. My main point is that when I do play I know all of the exceptions to the stealing rules and I use those to my advantage. No, I don't try to throw myself into rockets to "save myself". I just statue. It's called a loophole and I'm using it to my advantage by not breaking any rules. Sure maybe I was in those demos(I did not view those yet) but that's probably because they're old too (and yes I know that it's old. I'd know what conversations I was having over my summer break. I didn't even play graybox during the week I had my 3 day ban and Van Truble, who was in the first demo, hasn't even played a game with me since August. He did play with me this week but he hasn't played with me for a couple weeks prior to my three day ban). It's especially frustrating when you're trying not to steal but you get called on for stealing and you get banned for something you stopped doing. But it's alright, at least one of us is trying to change. And again, my main point was the exceptions. Not my play style or other people. I was solely focusing on all the exceptions to the stealing rule (but I guess you kinda missed most of it while skimming). I do accidentally steal without these exceptions especially when someone spawns in a sentry and the beep throws me off (also reminder for myself: put in suggestions fourm a post about removing all rtds from db). But yeah, that is me and that is me stealing without any exceptions and something I should be banned for but probably am not going to be simply because your friends who are recording the demos just record anything and send it your way. I'll kick-start another post in the suggestions about removing steal, and this time I'm going to advertise it in the server or through DMs to see if people will answer. And hey, silver lining of this whole process is that more people will actually visit the forums. I could not care less if you were to reply or not. I'm just putting this up so you don't take down my post thinking I'm just spamming or something.

I don't know how recent those demos are but I no longer play that way anymore. Luigi's already said no but it's still kinda annoying that the only proof of being banned is something I don't do anymore.
