I'd like to apply for the Jailbreak #17 server but in case of report I would visit the other servers too.

I sadly have never used sourcemod.

- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?

Because I can be online and reachable a lot of times and I don't have many other things to do.

Two warnings and after that if he still does it mute for 30 mins.

Spam:
Two warnings and after that gag for 30 mins.

Freekilling:
Slay if he still does then guard ban for 120 mins.

Teamkilling as blu:
Slay and after that guard ban for 100 mins.

Baiting:
Slay and after that guard ban for 30 mins.

Armory camping
A warning and after that slay and if he still does it guard ban for an hour.

Guess it's time for my input.
From what I've seen or heard about Faren is that he knows and plays by the rules(wich many people that play on #17 fail to do so these days).
His microphone is kindof acceptable, besides the background noises and music/beats it picks up when he's talking. I'm not really buying that he is 12 years old, his voice is really deep compared to other 12 years olds, I expected him to be 14 or 15.
Anyways, he sometimes gets confused/frustated when he doesnt know what to do or when people start to break rules, but sometimes he can keep a cool head.
I'm not sure if he can handle the position as admin, Jailbreak is a bit harder to administrate than other servers (besides Dodgeball). Maybe with the right mentoring it will work.

Now moving onto application itself. It is a bit short, especially important parts, like why we should choose him and his policies. I would like to see more general policies, such as Exploiting, Hacking, etc. Also I wouldn't write the whole application bold.

Getting everything together, I will stay neutral, aslong as I'm unsure of you handling the admin position and aslong as I don't see improvements on the application.

I didn't reply right away since I don't have that much to say about this player, I'm sorry for that.
Faren is a young player yet he knows how to play in the server and that's good.
He knows some couple of rules and he knows what is going on if he gets killed or what rule is involved around that.

I just don't know if he is up for a Jailbreak Admin position yet, it costs a lot of energy and awareness over the whole map to handle things and not just what is happening around you.
Like I said before, there is nothing wrong with Faren and there should be more players like him around.
I just don't know if he is up for administrating on here. I will stay Neutral on this and wish you the best of luck with your application.

Some excellent feedback from @Capp and @Wolf , it's good to get some other opinions on all of this.

With what they said is true, being a jailbreak admin requires that you keep up with the stress....that...and I am concerned that your microphone is a little too poor of a quality as it echos back noise on the game. Also you did this on your phone because I think of connection problems and it also effects your computer at times. Not exactly the best if trouble goes down and you have issues.

However I liked how you gave effort to it all, hence why I gave the permission. I'm not sure though if you have the experience and the correct hardware for this all if you cannot keep up with it.

With all the feedback given I will close this for under review. I highly suggest you get things sorted out on your end during this time.
