My age is 16. I apologize in regards to the confusion on my account info that says I'm 20 as that's not correct. It carried over from my steam profile which has 20 set as the age in order to bypass age requirements on Steam, etc.

Occasionally I'm online during some days of the week with the same time schedule as Saturday/Sunday, such as if I'm on holiday, or if I'm lucky enough to have time to stop by.
Timezone: PT or PDT atm. UTC/GMT -7 hours
- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
I have only played on the European FF2 server, Freak Fortress 2 #13, and I only am applying for the server stated. I can and would visit a broader range of them if necessary, preferably with familiarity and context to what I know about those gamemodes at the time.
- Do you have a microphone? (This is a minimum requirement for Jailbreak admins)
Yes, I have a good one, and I use it occasionally but would prefer to not use it as I am more used to simple text chat. However I will use a microphone if necessary in certain conditions.
- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
Unfortunately I have not been an administrator on any server before. Technically I have been an admin on my friend's Minecraft server many years ago, but I consider it as invalid because of the time difference and the complexity difference between Minecraft and TF2.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
Unfortunately no, but I would love to learn how to use it.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
I have been very active, almost daily, for the past few months on the Panda servers, specifically and only the FF2 European server, as I believe I have bonded too much to this single string of the community to let it go to play something else. While I am American and aware that there is a US FF2 server, I'm too attached to the European one to just move to the better latency one, as well as I've gotten used to the latency difference. Plus some of my friends on the European server say that the US servers are very different environments, so I don't believe I would 'fit in' as well as I do the European one. I am very friendly on this server, and I believe a good 70% of regulars would know who I am. A main factor that I think would be advantageous, as well as the fact that I was applying specifically for this server to exercise this advantage, is the time zones. Most of the time the administrators who frequently pop up on this server are here only until around midnight (Germany time) or a few hours later, with many days of the week (at least from what I've seen) they are only available until the late evening, allowing the servers to run without monitoring, and letting people get away with even simple offenses, like caps, insults, etc. While I am aware that I can record demos of the offenses and post about them on the forums, I feel that it is too time consuming and there are too many people to manage at once during this time frame. And by the time these players would get punished if they were to be all reported through demos and such, the damage would have already been done, and (regarding what I've seen) most of the offenders at night are just passing 'loners' such as Americans and whatnot, as most of the time I rarely see these passerbys return to the server again, making reporting them useless. As stated above, I am online and usually playing from European evenings through European mornings, making this schedule a prime time for a 'night shift' of sorts, if you want to get that simplistic. Plus I've just gotten sick of all these people teaming, spamming, insulting all the time. It really dampens my, and I'm sure everyone's, experience and enjoyment, and I would love to improve the night conditions that are present on this Panda Community server since the player base in this time frame is still high enough for the effort to be worth it to me. As I'll admit, the players can be really cancerous at times, and it would be really satisfying to enforce some order in there (Side note: Occasionally I pop up on the servers during European day time for a few hours longer than my standard schedule, so I wouldn't be only working in the night, I wouldn't want to never again see some of my European friends I have here).
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
Call Abuse: 1 warning, second offense 4 hour ban.
Foreign Language: 2 warnings, if more offenses then 30 minute gag/mute.
Hale Camping: 2 warnings, if continued toggle timebomb.
Player being useless: 2 warnings then slay.
Exploiting: Slay and 1 warning, if continued 1 hour ban.
Hacking: Perma ban (At first it would be a temp ban but before I execute the action I would try and get a demo or some form of evidence to show to my mentor to get a final decision)
Spamming/Micspamming: 2 warnings then 1 hour gag/mute.
Severe insults: 1 warning then if continued gag/mute for 1 hour.
Ghosting: 1 warning then if continued a kick.
AFK: Slay 2 rounds then kick if still AFK.
