So here i was having a fun old time on dodgeball, i have met a whole lot of people from you're servers and i loved playing on them. Now yeah i could see how maybe it could be suspicious on how i play, but i main pyro ffs. I wanted to have some fun then after 1 round i won over everyone else, i get banned. Only to find out i was permabanned from this great server. Now i have to say i was furious, i don't hack and i even tell my friends to never hack. I use to hate on people like maxbox and stuff. Just because they ruined tf2. So yeah i get it, private profile, vac ban thing. Could result to a miscalculation, but i wanted to see if i could get unbanned from this server. Since i really enjoyed it. if you could get back to me that would be great, thanks.

Well, I happened to be on the server at the time of your ban, and when Swen banned you, it surprised me a little. I didn't see anything suspicious going on from my point of view, however, I was also in-game at the time and not entirely focused on just one person, so I could have been missing something.

Swen usually has a very good eye for aimbotters/auto-air blasters in DB. If he bans someone, it's usually because they were indeed using such things. I'm quite sure if he banned you, he would have taken a demo to show some physical evidence that you were hacking as well.

DeadSworn is currently offline right now, however, I will notify him that this issue has been brought up once he comes online. I hope that we can resolve this soon.

Alright, so. DeadSworn sent me the link to the demo he took of you, (can be found here:

) and it does look like you're hacking. The move that really sealed the deal was at 2:10; you hit the rocket without your airblast being anywhere near within the range it should have been in order to hit that shot. Plus the fact that you didn't orbit once that entire game; I know quite a few incredibly good DB players who have to orbit at least sometime during their games.

Another thing that caught my eye was something you mentioned in the appeal itself your private profile and VAC ban. I checked that ban, and it's been around 300+ days since it was given to you. Also, how on earth are we supposed to know that you "main pyro" when we can't even check such details about you with that private profile? It's all very fishy.

This is where I stand upon the issue. DeadSworn will post his thoughts about the matter later.
