Hello, hope Y’all are doing well.

I’m reporting on Xan Kriegor aka Kevman because I’m concerned about the safety of this community, especially kids who play on the server. I’m not trying to start drama or cause problems, just bringing something serious to attention.

I’ve noticed on JB server that some players who called him out were banned/being reported by Kevman (I won’t mention names to get them involved)

I’ve linked a video showing behavior from Kevman that I believe is inappropriate, especially in a community where minors are present. The video speaks for itself!

Before making this report, I was careful and checked with people from other TF2 communities to make sure this wasn’t just rumors. I’ve also included other proof from different communities, including screenshots and discussions, showing similar behavior and concerns about this person.

Based on what’s been shared from other communities, there are ongoing issues involving targeting younger players, crossing boundaries, and behavior that goes beyond normal trash talk. There are also concerns about actions outside of Panda, such as following people into TF2 servers and Discords, which multiple people from other community have mentioned this and he even admitted it on his ban appeal!

This user has already caused problems between players here a few days ago and I felt it was important to report this before it becomes a bigger issue.

I’m asking for this to be reviewed seriously, just for the safety of everyone!

I understand the concern but there's a lot of misinformation going around and this is fuelled by the dislike of this player regardless of what they've done elsewhere.

I've looked into this as much as possible. Looked at claims, looked at little evidence I could find and determine that this player is not an outright danger to panda community. Anything outside panda is disregarded unless we see them to be a threat. He's been playing on the servers now and then and nothing has come up panda wise. The guy just wants to play on the servers and he is allowed to play so long as he doesn't try it with panda players and he hasn't.

He is not a paedophile. Watch the video, look at the evidence. He's not a groomer either which is starting to be thrown around.

The only thing I'd say worth possible caution is the 'doxxed' part which he didn't illegally / privately pull that information to post publicly himself, he guilt tripped them to 'doxx' themselves due to that person doing something bad themselves then bragged about it. This was again outside panda but still worth noting.

So until he actually does something on panda community, is doing sexual conduct towards a minor or has done something illegal, I'm not permanently banned them. They've been told they're being monitored and if anything does happen I will just slap it on and be done with it but we need to be fair here. We can't just go around banning people we dislike or have a bad reputation.

Bringing it up constantly and trying to start something on the gameservers / forums / discord or even those somewhat related will be seen as drama starting and may be subject to punishment. We are not protecting dangerous people. We are following guidelines and giving everyone a fair chance instead of bending to popular disliked opinion on an individual.
