1. Ideally until winter is over but it wouldn't hurt to keep it forever. I'd let it be decided by the community.
2. The only noticeable gameplay change is that the truck is removed.

If the truck getting removed is the only noteworthy change... why bother at all? Even just for Christmas this feels like a bit of a waste of time.
But I'd be up for giving it a chance if someone adds a poll I guess?

What are you talking about? There's literally no difference in the amount of health packs between this version and the current version that's on the server.
