Quite the unusual title, deathrun and freak fortress 2, what's this all about?

For the uninformed https://www.panda-community.com/thr...t-2-uncategorized-franchise-characters.37036/ this thread contains a hale called the The Fuhrer or better known as hitler from deathrun berlin, currently I've gotten word that The Fuhrer (hitler) can't get in because that's wrong apparently but all assets are taken from a pre-existing map which again stems from dr_berlin which can be played right now on the panda deathrun servers.

Simply put, let's just start saying [FF2] Hitler, borrows heavily from dr_berlin and is "censored" to slightly appease the "all so wholesome" rule of thumb nowadays which eu players don't even care about mind you nor do most of the people who play on EU FF2 even care to use the forums, all of the music stems from the map, his voicelines also, which is only causing confusion on my end as to why this isn't allowed and yet because of the concurrent standing of the other map being available despite [FF2] Hitler being wrong in comparison for whatever reasoning.

so what am I going to do

• Suggest to remove dr_berlin because of this, since it implies it's too offensive and edgy due to hitler not being allowed?
• Say that dr_berlin should be censored as a result?
• Make the map only available by admin only?

no, the polling is what I'm going to ask both the ff2 community and for the deathrunning community what you personally think about this petty issue I have on my own personal regard, I don't expect this to go anywhere because his said word is final, despite the player base and culture being incredibly different from one gamemode to the next.

a few things about how I designed [FF2] Hitler

• I made this hale with being as fun as possible for new and old players
• Most of the music is a trojan horse to push my taste in music
• I do not care if people get offended but realistically most people on FF2 don't really care generally about that, they're there for the gameplay and antics, most.

make what you will of this, I have nothing else to say other than remarks about the practices being pathetically politically correct from a side that barely participates in said server, most of the other hales are going to be more offensive from a gameplay stand point which is how I design my hales, gameplay first, everything second.

TL;DR Hitler not being allowed on FF2 makes no sense when deathrun berlin has much heavier themes in comparison to how I've done him up, this comes from someone who's played the map enough to get everything generally about it, I don't care at the end of the day about the map's contents nor how offensive it might be to some people, it's leaving a sour taste in my mouth when something gets the okay because of its "integrity" from being added a long time ago.

To the jury, judge and executioner, if you want to say "no-no, no [FF2] hitler, very bad, this thread is needless, my word is final" then by all means do, that just proves my point of things getting the okay based on nothing but its allowance from the history and reputation it has on the server, NOT the material and would be promptly given the no if suggested nowadays because of the poor in taste themes and content it has, which doesn't correspond to the player base that commonly harbours them, EU players don't care generally and I've spent long enough on deathrun to see it first hand, most people play for their reasons.

yes this thread is incredibly petty but what's more petty in my eyes is how content is approved and handled for "offensive" material, having to be washed down to appease a crowd of non-existent people, who probably don't even participate in said servers mind you.
