What is the reason of the report? favoritism, admitting to not caring about breaking a rule

Any other proof you have for context, in bunny hop he says that he will be changing the difficulty to easy after several reds have already died to the minigame and other have completed it, once called out he then claims that hes not doing favoritism and then proceeds to say that hes instead doing the definition of favoritism. he then proceeds to ignore the heavies that left the minigame and gives the "i never said no cheating" excuse to avoid killing them. final clip is him saying that he does not care about a report since hes already been reported so many times
