After reading this decided to lower crit, knockback immunity, and low gravity duration to 6 seconds. The defense buff will last the full 12 seconds. The TNTspenser can be avoided in time if players notice it.
I could give him more but that would also affect Devour. I think 680 is a good place for his hp. Devour gives him more hp for every person he kills, so it should make up for his max hp.
He gains a 35% dmg resist against players and a 50% against sentries. The Battalion's effect.
The hitbox pretty much fits his model. His head hitbox would be where is actual head is. He is actually a bit easy to headshot because of his head hitbox XD.

Here is the finished Cakehole Piss zip file. Sorry a lot of changes had to be made to get the model and textures to work, but it's finally done.
This zip file contains all plugins as well as the up to date version of the boss. The last zip file was missing the weapon model, but that is fixed now.
I decided to fix the Soldine cfg since I noticed some things wrong with the sound files in the config.
This new config should work better and have no errors.
Just decided to fix it since I had free time and noticed it while looking at the cfg.
I made a few changes overtime to balance some of the abilities out.
I plan on keeping this boss updated so any changes I make can be found on the alliedmodders forums.

Added 50% more explosive damage
Stun is now 0.8 sec long
Added more info to the boss' description including the name of the song.

I tried out the changes you suggested and they work. Here is the real finished Cfg in the zip file.
Health Formula: (((700+n)*n)^1.04
Chain Lighting: Distance changed to 920
Ion Cannon: Blast Radius changed to 920
Just made some changes that i believe fixed many of the issues.
Health Formula: (((420+n)*n)^1.04)
Speed: 360
Chain Lighting: Distance decreased to 950. Was to big before.
Melee Damage is 133.

I was trying to make up for his 80% bullet resistance and 50% fire resistance which i forgot to state in the description, my bad. After i tested him the speed nerf does seem needed.
