Context is he tried to freekill in the round prior, I killed him. Next round he forces, turned on ff and proceeded to chase me all around the map lol.

Why not just have a server wide vote at the start of last round to settle it? If majority votes yes then it can be played, if majority votes no then it can't. I get that would cause issues, just an idea since this suggestion is getting very mixed votes. I like some of these lr only minigames...
