Completed [FF2] Remove MLG Spy or Sniper (again)
MLG Sniper makes sense for MLG because it fits for the context MLG Spy other hand, felted like a filler, plus it may interfere with upcoming hales due to "file size" thing (which i don't understand mean by that) it makes sense to remove MLG Spy but keeping MLG sniper
