I think a plugin based lr solution (something like forced taunting for reds or turning on outlines for reds if it takes too long) would be a much better solution for hns than a rule like this. Obviously someone would have to make it but I would rather wait for that.
I feel like regardless of whether these should be added or not there shouldn't be 5 LRs in a single thread, and that each LR should be a single thread. Each of these LRs are pretty complex and I don't think they can all be fully discussed when they're jammed like this.

I've heard this complaint alot yet genuinely "closest minigames to cells" syndrome can describe countless maps, as it's the reason inexperienced wardens do things like mass russian roulette on causarina or spam death run on minecraft nightfall.

I think forcing wardens to do LRs without the illegal part is really difficult on them, as most wardens probably don't have every rule memorized, and might not make as good judgement as an admin on what is legal. Personally I sometimes already struggle remembering some obscure rules as warden...

I feel like this lr would be wildly unfair to blus, to the point where it instantly causes failrounds and sort of negates the lr. At least in guards melee only blues still have an advantage over reds with guaranteed crits, but with this LR the reds could rush the blus and win every time.
I like the idea but I don't see why it has to be done in November (besides the alliteration?). I think it would make much more sense to do an event like this during the summer when a lot of people are completely off from school.
Overall I think the quality/creativity of a JB map's minigames tends to be the biggest contributor to how much the map is played, and interwebz currently beats a vast majority of maps we have in rotation. For this alone I think it should be a no brainer to add this map.
I think I would rather have a hard cap. I know this "minigame" is only for hunting rebellers, but I wonder if blus are going to use this as a point farming exercise, looking for any excuse to kill a red. Alternatively, reds can also just volunteer their lives to extend the round a long time...
even if this suggestion passed, could it reasonably even be enforced? how is a blu who joins halfway through a map’s duration supposed to know which mini games were played the last 3 rounds before they joined?
does this plugin allow the warden to turn it off? i think the biggest advantage of cell wars was that it was completely optional, a team of 3 or fewer guards could challenge themselves and have fun managing a large red team. with this change i'm worried it could ruin this dynamic.
