Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I was talking to players who used the mic and people who used the chat. You should not just filter for what I've been saying. I used lennies in my chat, you consider this TOXIC? Did you even look at the chat time? You can't just mute me for something you didn't throughly look at. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY **NOT** SPAM.

Thank you for reading my post. Sorry about being mad. I started playing this server because I was falsely banned on a diffrent server. I don't really apprecitate being banned (Muted this time) AGAIN for no reason.

You have been gagged and not muted I think, so don't complain about it, your chatlog is cancerous, not what you say through mic. Your chatlog shows toxic behaviour and it looks spammy, that's the reason you got that commblock. Also, it's just 1 day.

Try to stay away from using lennies because they're nothing but spam material.

I told danny to slay him or something, Danny reponded with "Sorry, I'm not a dodgeball admin" When he was OBVIOUSLY AN ADMIN.

I was just playing around with Riz, you can ask all of my friends, it's how I joke around, but you weren't there, so how do you know, you don't... So don't comment on it.

And I called them shit cause they called me shit, when I was obviously doing better then them all when I had 150 ping.

also, I'm toxic, sure, but guess what... Most of your community is toxic also... So um, why pick on me for it? Because I was reported for using lennies... thats why. Along with 5 other people the person reported.

Danny isn't a dodgeball admin... every full admin has powers on every server but that doesn't mean they know all of the rules and punishments for those servers.. nonethless... does that mean you have to starting harrasing and insulting him?

Patmo already said it. Admin =/= competent admin on every server. If an admin does not know how to administrate a server well enough, it's the right thing to not take actions. They can't afford to listen to a random player saying "punish this or that person". That's not responsible.

Exactly, they don't know. And that's the issue. They have to punish for it. If admins steered clear of every case they didn't know the exact context of, hardly any toxic person would be punished. Either that, or they would have to spend too much time working through every potential piece of context. Which would be asking far too much of the staff.

Even all that is assuming that with the context in mind, it would be alright. But it's not. The community frowns upon excessive toxic behaviour regardless. It doesn't paint a pretty picture and I strongly doubt many people can see what is or is not "joking around".

The staff punishes whoever gets caught. Not everyone gets caught. Catching everyone is impossible. But as with the point about joking around and context, what's the alternative? Not punishing anyone because you can't punish everyone?

While it is true that everyone has used a lenny, most of them have stopped using it and the players who constantly spammed it got permanently gagged and still play on our servers. Only a select few have a problem with the no lennies thing, everyone else is completely fine with it and some even lowered their usage of it to a less annoying level and don't do it as soon as someone else does.
