Did you not see what I asked in the other thread about admins judging on those things? You keep replying to applications as if you are an admin. Just judge on the applicant if you happen to know them and let us handle the rest. We know best how the job is done; we can best judge on the policies.

How I saw,I played in a stressed moment.But I also insulted Rat for don't listen to me.I tried to help him because "Don't Insult" is a rule but when one guy do what he want(against rules[Sorry for bad English,I don't know if I can say "do what he want against rules ]) I become angry.
