I do this continuously to just build up the value of my backpack along with all the other things that I sell so they help out very little but count for something along the way I don't do this mainly to get my first Unusual because it already worked for me one time and ma

Okay, I'll say it again.

Please, put price tags on all your wares. In case you've missed your english classes or can't use the dictionary, the definition of price tag is "a label showing the price of an item for sale". The definition of price is "the amount of money expected, required, or given in payment for something". The definition of amount is "a quantity of something, especially the total of a thing or things in number, size, value, or extent".

Summing this up, a price tag is whatever containing both the NUMBER and the TYPE of currency you expect or require in exchange for your item(s). "OFFER" is not a price tag. It's an attempt to scam and stay clean.
