after discussing internally this is my response As Mentioned in the Rules: reds giving false orders is a part of preventing the warden from giving clear orders, therefor the warden is allowed to restrict giving false orders. (reminder that blues are not allowed to give false orders at all...

i think you are already allowed to do this as far as i am aware, i dont see a reason to specifically add this to the rules.
