why does it when i try to play opst it doesnt let me join because it says something like opst not downloaded pls help (1 Viewer)

If it says something like "missing map jb_opst, disconnecting" check if your C drive is getting full. There's multiple reasons it could be saying that, but that's the reason that I had this same problem a month ago. It could be that.
 
I don't know if opst falls into this category, but some maps I've had this problem with, you have to subscribe/give a thumbs up to the map on it's Steam Community page (provided it's on there) before your game will download the map.

wtf? the map will get downloaded through fastdl not through likeing it on the workshop
