Why does 2fort not have assigned admins at the moment? (2 Viewers)

So I realised something about the 2fort server when looking through a few 2fort admin applications and it's that it does not really have assigned admins to it and I sometimes wonder why that is.

I do believe the reason could be because it's a server where I have seen some rather hostile and toxic players and many of my more recent reports have been from the 2fort server in particular.

My laptop is currently not useable because of a broken dc charger port which needs to be fixed and replaced eventually so I have had to use another computer when playing on the 2fort server generally being a friendly hoovy but also paying attention to any rulebreakers especially in the chat.

Also this is the first thread in quite some time being posted on this subforum I believe as things have been fairly inactive here as of late.

So assuming you're talking about US 2FORT, as EU 2FORT has I believe 4 admins officially assigned.

I do believe about 2-3 gameserver admins take calls from US 2fort but due to them not being dedicated(assigned), timezones and just general real life answering those calls may be limited.

We have had interest for applicants applying to US 2fort, but they do not end up making it past the application stage as they are either not what panda community is looking for or inactivity. It's usually inactivity.

I mainly play on US 2fort even though I am from Sweden and yeah it makes sense that most of the applications get rejected because of inactivity. I have been very much on the fence when it comes to even just thinking of making a thread to apply for 2fort admin because I am not sure if I have what it takes even though I do know the rules clearly and do remember them also I have read a decent amount of both failed applications and those that went through so I do have a grasp of what is expected that and I also fairly often browse through report archives to find examples what to look for that and I also briefly hosted a private freak fortress 2 server to test custom bosses so I do know how sourcemod works .

In general though I tend to be very passive even on jailbreak and when playing on the other servers as to not upset players in general.

Once my laptop is fixed I will for sure make reports more frequently as it's something I enjoy doing to make servers more welcoming especially to newer players.
