well, if your ban was perma, it really depends on what you're banned for and by that, admins would tell you after your first declined appealing: "it should be in the next month or two months(or even much much longer)", and idk what is exactly your case, so best to answer your question is by asking PRIVATELY&POLITELY
the admin that banned you or declined your first appealing.
