Yeah, same thing what Teddi said. Since you have your Steam Account connected to Panda, I double checked the Steam ID just in you put the wrong one. Can you please try connecting to one of our servers and screenshot the ban reason?

May also be an IP ban. Either way, a full needs to check it.

Alt which was used to cheat on, coincidentally also named the same as your main account, nice.
Even if the demo that @Zeprus has doesn't show signs of cheating, your alt is already VAC banned.

You cheated on an alt, so you're not allowed to play on our servers no matter what account you try to join with.
