Something I thought was a bug is actually a hardcoded delay on the rage. When you rage as hale, there's a 0.6 second delay. The rage voiceline plays instantly, but things such as stun or megaheal are delayed.

Because of this, rage can still be sometimes useless, even with the megaheal, as you can still get blasted away before all the rage effects are activated. I suggest simply removing it or change it to like 0.1 seconds.

This is on all bosses. Above is an example of it for Vagineer.
 
The delay between the voice line and the stun adds fair counterplay - It's short enough that most times people can't react in time, but it's rewarding when for example, you're playing soldier and rocket jump away as soon as you hear the voiceline.
When you're playing hale, you just have to time your rage a bit better to account for the delay e.g. rage just before you peek around a corner, or rage midair when you're about to land on people

Personally, this feature has never been an issue. It's healthy to keep counterplay opportunities (XDDDDDD PYRO)
 
Looks like this has been changed already, any admin can mark this as completed. Delay is 0.1s now according to Uber.
