Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: False ban caused by my vpn apparently (person in this thread apparently had the same issue)

"Are you maybe using a VPN? The adress IP you used is flagged on panda and perma banned for cheating.
Can you tell me if you're using a VPN and if you do, what are you using?"
I am using Mullvad VPN on the us-dal-204 server
