I have thoroughly thought about my past attitude and actions, and realized they were most inappropriate. I understand exactly what I have done wrong and feel guilty about it. Using racial insults towards anyone is great offense and shouldn't ever be tolerated, thus I express my regret concerning my actions. That's why I'm asking for a chance of improvement and lifting of the mute applied on my voice chat. I oblige to never break the rules ever again.​
