Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: This ban was nearly a year ago, but I'd like to play on Panda Community servers again. My IP isn't in the US, but in Latvia, because I was using a VPN, used it to improve my ping, but forgot to turn it off. Dumb mistake on my part.
