-I should be un-muted because it has been well over days worth of in-game time on the server and by the time I thought I would be unmuted I wasn't. a friend of mine who I asked to check my ban it had said it went from a day ban to being permanent ban did I do something wrong?

Panda has a stacking system of punishment the full handling the report can probably elaborate more on it. Since @Bambi isn't a full anymore ( still going to tag them). Maybe @Semicolon Backslash or @Madact can give their feedback on it since they dealt with the user before. It's only been a little over a month, don't know if they'll consider that long enough to appeal a permanent comm block. Please be patient while they decide.

Hello, I have talked with bambi and the jb team and both have said its probably too early to appeal a permanent punishment from only a month ago.

On top of that there is some mild insulting in your chatlog which isn't a great look.
