Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: It was a time when I just started using the microphone and I'd jump at any opportunity to use it, its been a few months now and I've gone pass screaming in microphones ever since I've had to deal with more concerning matters, mostly my GCSE MOCK's and work experience, I've moved upstairs so backround noise and music shouldn't be a issue no more either. I also noticed how fast I got muted right after my week long mute and am actually kinda embarrased about that, apologies for that past behaviour.

I was going to accept your appeal, but after looking at your chat log, I'm like wtf, You are still breaking the rules, spamming and speaking foreign language, how can i trust you won't mic spam again?
