Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
Joined a Jailbreak server mid-round, and bored out of my mind, I decided to fuck around in chat and imitate monkey noises after someone on the server said "monke". Some of the words were typed in all-caps, but not all. I wasn't even annoying or harassing anyone. In fact, some people were even playing along. However, the admin on the server gave a warning in chat long before I connected to not type in all-caps or they'd get an extended ban, which of course I didn't know because I wasn't on the server at the time.

I reviewed the demo that I grabbed of that round and the warning I gave was a round or two before you joined, so you should've been warned not to use caps before I gagged you for it, so it was an unfair punishment as you didn't have time to even acknowledge it. I'm sorry about that.
