there was that person i forgot his name he was hating on me because i am from saudi arabia everytime i join the server he uses racist jokes on me and asks me to leave once i stole the rocket and he start lying to lighty about teamkilling blocking and trolling.

Apart from terrible stacking, his last ban was on 08-05-15, so it's quite long ago. I don't want to add my two cents to this, but this ban seems to be only justified if player in question was massively breaking rules.
