Why should you receive a unban for the ban: I believe that I have been falsely banned by the system. I have never made a second Steam account and I never did anything problematic throughout my entire time on Panda servers.

Looks like the ban was caused by a VPN, please avoid using a VPN on our servers as that can get you banned.

I've removed the steamID ban but not the IP ban.
