If this is a the case and it's a one off they should of been warned.
If they are know to cause trouble and have been warned within a week then I personally think a warning shouldn't be given. I've had regulars test how far they can push it and use the no warning as an excuse. I don't really stand for that BS, making me top lel badmin

As for the name thing you shouldn't of been doing it. If danny kick warned you though (which I'm assuming he didn't) and you came back with these names I'd say the ban was in order.

Overall, I believe Danny was doing his job. Maybe he had a bad day... or you had a bad day as well for the slip on the spam. Both parties can be blamed in this case.

I have come to a conclusion that the ban was a flaw on my end. I apologize for the incident, and since no other admins have anything to say on this matter for today, I will hereby unban you. As discussed, the gag stands.
