So the new rules came out which is great and all, but something I've seen a lot of on the server is both long time regulars and new players claiming that destroying a building as a red will not make you KOS. Checking through the rules, it is not explicitly listed under 2a. Prisoner rules/rights as a KOS action. In section 2c. Freeday rules/rights, however, it is stated that a freeday will be KOS for destroying an engi building. So just to clarify, are or are not Prisoners (nonfreeday reds) permitted to destroy engi buildings without being KOS?
