Thermal thruster for blue team on jailbreak (1 Viewer)

I have noticed that the thermal thruster for blue isnt there. I can partially understand why it isnt allowed for reds (easy rebel) but is it intended for blue to not have them or is it just a bug.

Also do I get bonus points for colors.

Blue is OP as it is. Thermal just makes rebelling as red useless.
