The Bad Ass Engineer
Basically a follow up to https://www.panda-community.com/threads/freak-fortress-2-boss-suggestion-duke-nukem.11246/
Abilities:
1. Brave Jump - right mouse button
2. Weightdown - duck in mid-air
3. Rage: Handcannon with 3 bullets + low-distance stun

He has AMS (Ability Management System (Basically you can choose whatever RAGE you wanna activate (Switching by pressing RELOAD))):
1. Gets 6 Flying Guillotines
2. Gets a Speedboost
3. Gains Knockback Immunity, Disciplinary Action effect, 75% chance to dodge an attack, The Agility powerup and Minicrits

1.19.4 FF2 reports with some updated solutions :
-Completetly remove Zerstorer : His rage will literary freeze him + deals 0 damage to anyone, basically broken
-Bring back crits to Engi's pistols : As it's already enabled in old version of FF2 + Other updated servers outside panda | Open weapons.cfg, find pistol and add "crits" "2"

-Ban some bosses from becoming a hale in boss vs boss event : For example, During boss vs boss, Sans's team can cast teleportation spells which is beyond op if used correctly knock knock sniper from tf2 broke the fov in da demo | Config options "noversus" "2" 1 for boss team (good for hales with stun ability to avoid self stun) and 2 for completely block him from playing in boss vs boss
-Remove backup ability (chaos insurgency from scp-049 and remove "neo/the one" from agent smith)
-Reduce Serious sam's health, as it's an overkill for reds : https://www.panda-community.com/threads/2-small-changes-to-ff2.20515/
-Update the old Painis Cupcake to a newer one with 2 lives + less rages
-reduce Mimicer's stun to 2 seconds, set uber to 6 seconds, remove blind, decrease knockback slightly
-Reduce Movement speed from Sergeant Painis
-Remove Pick up ammo ability from spyper | Replacing rage_new_weapon with rage_random_weapon should help in a certain way
-Reduce Gun damage for Serious Sam
-Reduce Ass pancakes swing speed
-Reduce Gaben's rage to 5 seconds
-Fix self stun as a red hale in boss vs boss | just update boss configs to have ffbat defaults instead of default abilities
-Reduce "Slow down time" on lost life to 4 seconds <Hotline Sniper, Mimicer, MLG Sniper, The Human Sandvich>
-Remove Crits from blue team | cvar
-Remove RTD from blue team | cvar

added the 2 suggested bosses and removed zerstorer.

Anybody else it may concern, going to hjack this thread in order to state any MAJOR problems with FF2. Broken bosses, weapons, etc. This isn't a balance changes suggestion.
We probably have a thread buried somewhere about this, but Kevin has requested anything major to be brought up now.
 
I would remove demopan's infinite charge to this:

Normal chargin targe where you press r to charge
Add bootlegger effect to demopan
increase stock chargin targe distance
increase stock chargin targe recharge
increase stock chargin targe turning radius
add charge on hit with pan
cause damage upon hitting someone with the shield

For the changes above, nobody on the FF2 team has reported anything majorly wrong with the above.

However, one of the bosses called 'piss cakehole' needs removing from the FF2 boss poll., as they are missing some textures and it gets stuck sometimes when becoming a bigger size.
