Can you give us the important tick please?

Your demo is very long, if you're using demos, try making them shorter (5 minutes is good enough imo) or at least provide the tick numbers

uhh... sure gonna have to rewatch the demo myself then
give me some time

edit: i'm sorry that my demo is so long, i want as much evidence as possible
i'll try to add tick numbers in the description next time

tick's (rounded out to befor it happened):
17000 (steal)
18000 (steal)
25000 (not giving space)
32500 (not giving space)
at roughly 34000 i decided to move but got followed for a few seconds
36000 - 38000 (coming very close again)
at roughly 69000 to 71000 you can see stephangh isn't giving space to someone and blocking them when they get the rocket
73000 (steal)
at 86000 i mention i'm recording then the steals stop for a full round but pick up again at one point but that stealer got banned.
and then nothing else happens because they noticed an admin is in the server

After reviewing the demo, until Tick 47400 that's when my TF2 crashes, and speaking to another admin, I am going to DECLINE.

Remember that a player can be close to you, unless he prevents you from orbiting/handle the rocket.
And stealing is allowed to save your "life". The steals in the demo for me are not worthy of a Ban.
