Spys in enemy spawn (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone

I recently played Duel with some people and we were all friendly and there I got the idea that it might be possible to get enemy spys into the other spawn with the teleporter trick.

There where people usually build the teleporter intrance i just build the exit and then spys can take the teleporter and are in enemy spawn where they can easily kill people who spawn

Just wanted to know your opinions on this one, i fear that it could be abused for spawnkilling since you can avoid the invisible wall with it and also get no damage...
 
I thought the spawn rooms had a certain trigger_hurt that would kill players, on the opposite team, if they were in it.

Well, when the spys were in our spawn they didnt took damage at all, I guess the trigger is removed because they thought noone will get in because of that invisible wall and the trigger_hurt in the walkway next to spawn...
 
It's easy to fix that, just make that spot to a nobuild-zone. I can do that in a minute if you want me to.
 
Why not expand trigger_hurt to the room instead? And maybe a step or two near the gate?

I see what you mean, gonna take a look at both of the options and tell which is the best one.
 
I personally think a high damage trigger_hurt would be best since when you cant build in that corner anymore it is even easier for the enemy team to destroy teleporters then it is already now...
