hello i have a question i was spray banned on a deathrun server because of an nsfw picture is it possible for me to be unbanned if i promise to not spray a nsfw pic again?

Fill it out the best you can, mainly just your steamID. The rest you won't know. Include your new spray in your appeal. Also maybe list which server you regular.
Most get accepted but some don't due to other circumstances. Good luck
