Apart from the random crashing which can be devasting when there are few people on the server i realised looking at the console that some class configs dont work.Anyone got any ideas on how to fix those issues?

    Steam:
    'scout.cfg' not present; not executing.

Sometimes it happens to other cfg of classes and it doesnt show the class vs class in the hud at those cases

Those are class specific configs which execute when you go to that certain class and is not related to servers. It's like autoexec but only when you play that class.
If you're annoyed by that here's how to make them go away.
Go to your TF2 install folder by going to steam
right click on Team Fortress 2 and press Properties

Go to the Local files tab and press Browse local files

Go to the cfg folder and make sure you have File name extensions enabled

and create 9 files like this, they should all have the .cfg extension

they should no longer appear in console after this.
