Edit: Typed wrong price for the Green Energy Squatter's Right, as of now it's priceless since only 5 exists but the buyorder for the purple version (https://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Squatter's Right/Tradable/Craftable/10) is 52 keys (some buying for 59 keys). The Green Energy effect looks better than the purple version, so I'm open to negotiations
