Sorry for bad quality

As you can see my TF is flickering hard.
I think it is because I changed to dxlevel 81 but I am looking for a fix.
I have changed to windowed, enabled wait for vertical sync, and I am using native resolution.
Any ideas for a solution/fix?

It's because of your dxlevel, I've had the same issue before when I changed it, so I think you can only fix it by changing back to I think it was DirectX 9.0. that's the only option I know

yeah i think thats the only fix tbh, annoying because i wanna play in 81, oh well
