Hello.
Today, I have encountered a rule breaker. ZiperZet Guy has been bhopping the 1st trap on the map dr_horrors. He got caught in it and jumped on the small TV, jumped off it, bunnyhopped and got to the highest TV to escape.

Rule he broke: bhop skipped a trap
Evidence: I was dumb enough not to take a screenshot when he was there. There's 20 minutes to the round, so I'll edit this if I ever get a screenshot.
