nothing wrong with that, the sound files simply have a higher sample rate which the tf2 client cant run/execute.

Due to the fact, Spectator Glitching is against the rules. This is not allowed at all.
Just you in case you didn't know what "Spectator Glitching" was, here is somewhat of an explanation of it:
When you rtd, you can go into Spectator to carry on the effects and use them.
Killing someone with this is NOT ALLOWED.
Examples:

• Rolling Timebomb and killing people via Spectator
• Rolling Toxic and killing people via Spectator

Pretty much, anything that can kill the boss.

Yikes, I forgot Pichu is new to this server! He didn't know. He never got perma banned before for exploiting. It's something new.

Spec glitch? I still Find this Hard to be true because what reason would i Find to Kill my own teammate when i already know what to expect out of it? You have no exact Proof What exactly was going on behind my Screen and then you come on and say I would want to kill someone for the sake of purposelly abusing a glitch?
