Really this isn't worth punishing. There are 2 factors into this. One that this is short seconds of micspam and I don't see any mention of telling this dude that micspam is punishable. You just simply calladmined and thats really it. Please follow what Ian said because if I were to punish this dude, it would only serve as racking up punishments for this dude.
